Deliveries & Returns


Every order placed is reviewed by our Online Store team. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions.

Please make sure that your delivery address & postcode are correct at the time of placing your order.

Grandvewe Cheeses cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address. We also cannot be responsible for any delivery delays which may occur during peak seasons or events out of our control.


Grandvewe Cheeses dispatches express chilled parcels Monday and Tuesday mornings. No chilled parcels are dispatched later in the week to allow for maximum delivery time, as deliveries cannot be made on the weekend (or public holidays). So all orders placed Wednesdays through to Mondays will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday via express post.

If there is no-one available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave the parcel at the property.

If you are not going to be present when the package is delivered, we suggest placing an esky out with instructions for the package to be deposited into the esky.

If you do have any special delivery instructions, please inform us so that we may communicate this to Australia Post.


It takes 24–48 hours to travel to most capital cities; however, it can take up to 3 days for more remote areas. The cheese is transported in a box lined with a Planet Protector “Wool Cool” woollen insulator with chemical ice pack/s.

Australia Post’s Parcel Send system will email or text you directly with the tracking number for your package and information about its delivery – this usually happens a day after we have sent it, once it has reached a sorting facility. It is important to monitor your tracking information so that you collect your cheese delivery in a timely manner.

If you receive your parcel and the gel ice bricks are melted/warm, we recommend placing the products straight into the fridge.

If you are not home when delivery is attempted Australia Post may leave a note in your letter box asking you to collect the parcel from your local post office. If this occurs please retrieve it ASAP so that you receive your cheese in its best condition.

If you think there is a problem with the delivery of your order or the items themselves please contact our orders team by emailing and we will do whatever we can to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Grandvewe Cheeses hand packs all items that are to be dispatched and takes every measure to ensure that the customer receives the delivery in good condition.

If an item has been damaged during transit, we will replace the item at no cost to the customer, providing we receive photographs of damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery.

Grandvewe Cheeses is unable to modify or cancel already processed orders.

Grandvewe Cheeses cannot be held responsible for the service, delays, or delivery by Australia Post.

Our shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot cover the cost of ‘return to sender’ due to an incorrect address — If your order is returned to sender, a shipping fee will occur to re-ship, including the cost of any product which was spoiled in transit.
