Your $2 purchase gets you one ticket in our raffle to potentially win this custom painted bottle and mural by Artist Sam Dobransky. You can purchase as many tickets as you like to increase your chances on wining. The raffle will be drawn in early December with 100% of the proceeds going to Down Syndrome Australia.
This bottle is an original artwork hand painted by one of Tasmania’s elite artists, Sam Dobransky.
This is an original one of one bottle, never to be repeated design. This is your chance to win both pieces of contemporary art. One being the hand painted acrylic on wood and the second being the amazing custom bottle which displays beautifully as a sculpture or centerpiece in your home.
Each bottle comes with its own clear display window box to help you to present your art with pride.
Which charity will the money be donated to?
My brother has Down Syndrome so I’ve decided to donate the money to ‘Down Syndrome Australia’. This money will go to helping families of children with Down syndrome, and in particular, to help children to realise their full potential. More info on downsyndrometasmania.org.au
About the Artist:
Sam Dobransky is an abstract contemporary artist currently residing in Tasmania, Australia. His practice includes painting, installation and large-scale mural work that explores the meditative relationship of repetition within the artistic process.
Sams’ inspiration behind this work (bottle and canvas)
My recent work explores the abstract repetition in landscape through form and pattern. I’m interested in the link between natural phenomena and the repetitive nature of creation. The bottle and the wooden canvas are the same colour palette and become a pair.
What are you working on at the moment?
A couple murals for some local councils in the next few months.
Where else can we see your work?
I have painted large scale murals in Scotland, Spain, Holland, Germany and throughout Australia and more recently a few smaller walls around Hobart.

Creamy sweet nose, velvet body with a smooth attitude to finish
The nose has a delicate brown sugar sweetness with a delightful floral undertone. Upon tasting you are welcomed with fresh pear and golden apple. Rounding out with hints of wild spice, leather and mineral freshness to finish. Super smooth with little heat and plenty of character.
Designed to drink straight at room temperature. Serve alone in a large aromatic glass or as a vodka martini with a pair of quality green olives.
