- Turning and wiping open matured cheeses
- Piercing our award winning Blue cheese
- Hooping cheese (when cheese making)
- Inoculating fresh curd
- Salting cheese by hand
While engaging in these tasks you get a one on one experience with the head cheese maker to talk about any cheese making questions and techniques.
After the affinage you will be taken through a cheese tasting with the cheese maker.
Minimum of 2 people
Affinage experience is available everyday of the week at any time of the day.
If you want to be there on cheese making days then make sure you call 1 week in advance to avoid disappointment
